Cushman & Wakefield approached us in late 2015 with their brand identity change. They had over 200 signs in the Monterey, Salinas and Santa Cruz counties that needed rebranding just over a month. We went to work creating site maps and layouts immediately.
Over the course of the next month we had our fabrication crew churning out 4X8 and 4X4 signs like they were born to do it! Our warehouse was stacked to the brim with RealEstate Signs. Once we had them printed, laminated and laid, our install crew took the baton and canvassed the area. They loaded up trucks with new posts and one by one rebranded each and every property Cushman & Wakefield had on the market.
Within 30 days the entire Central Coast was rebranded and looking sharp. Some sign stories aren’t as glamorous as others, however they all require top-notch project management and attention to detail. This was no exception and we were happy to deliver for the client.
